Play-test Analysis






Based on the feedback received from both play tests, it seems that the environment needs the most improvement along with a few nitpicks with how player controller works in the game. For the environment I'll upscale the scaling of the walls and doors due to the easy possibility of the player to jump over them, and I'll improve the lighting due to the dark shadows of the walls. For the player controller, the shooting needs the most work. I'll increase the speed and distance they travel, and decrease the size of the bullets in general. Lastly, if I can, I'll decrease the sounds of the footsteps, and adjust the head-bobbing of the character. Thank you to everyone that play tested the first iteration of Beyond Strange!
